MEDAL OF LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT, TEXAS SOCIETY OF ARCHITECTS

The Texas Society of Architects bestowed the 2021 Medal of Lifetime Achievement upon David Richter, FAIA and Elizabeth Chu Richter, FAIA. The Medal for Lifetime Achievement in Honor of Llewellyn W. Pitts FAIA was established in 1967 and is the Texas Society of Architects' highest honor to publicly recognize an architect for distinguished leadership to the advancement of architecture profession and to the community. The award honors David and Elizabeth for their indelible mark on the profession and the state of Texas, and for their globally recognized work reflecting intrinsic natural beauty, function, and cultural pride.
