The Congressman Solomon P. Ortiz International Center is a 60,000 square foot cruise ship terminal and conference center, located at the mouth of the inner harbor of the Port of Corpus Christi, in the shadow of the Harbor Bridge. An adaptive reuse and addition to a 1920’s cargo warehouse, the project was designed to celebrate the maritime heritage of the site as well as the city’s diverse culture.
