DEL MAR COLLEGE MUSIC ADDITION PHASE 1

An addition and renovation to a community college music facility with a nationally recognized academic program. The project includes
two recording studios, a rehearsal hall, and music laboratories and classrooms. The design utilizes the established campus materials of buff brick and pink cast-stone and energizes the urban campus with a curved
curtainwall with integral shading from the east exposure. The concave building facade creates an acoustic and visual backdrop for an
amphitheater carved into the campus courtyard to the east.
